A document-generation tool that produces consistent CVs from structured input.
Challenge
CVs arrived in many formats and had to be reformatted by hand into a standard layout before they could be shared or reviewed.
Context
Built for another company. Client details are confidential and are not shown here.
Approach
We defined the standard layout and the fields it needs, then designed an input flow that captures them once.
Solution
A tool where structured information is entered or imported once and a consistently formatted CV document is generated.
Outcome
Less manual reformatting and more consistent documents. Figures are not published because the client work is confidential.
What FlowForge learned
Standardising the input matters more than improving the output template. Good structure at the start removes most of the formatting work.
